Steve Schaefer
Steve is the General Manager of our Austin operations. He also assists customers with sales and has been in the foodservice industry for 15 years. He previously opened a coffee house in 1993 and has worked as a store manager. He is Lone Star’s project manager for Mangia Pizza, Threadgills, Eddie V’s, Z-Tejas, Tiffany’s Treats, and numerous other establishments. He has been with Lone Star since 2005.

Scott Dillon
Scott has 13 years in foodservice operations and 12 years in restaurant supplies sales. He handles sales for the lake area which includes Oasis, Pasta House, and Pronto Italiano. He is also project co-coordinator for Jardin Corona and The Monument Café. Scott joined Lone Star in 2004. |

Brenda Conway
Brenda has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years. She is a Certified ServSafe food manager instructor. Brenda lives in the Temple Belton area and is our sales specialist in that region. She has been with us since 2006. |

Jonathan Jereb
Jonathan has been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years. He spent 17 years as an operator for both front and back of the house; 8 years in food sales with Performance Food Group, Sysco Foodservice and Ben E. Keith Foods; and 5 years in equipment sales. Jonathan joined Lone Star in 2007. |

John Chancellor
John is the Construction Manager for Lonestar and manages our contract and design work. He has been in the foodservice industry for five years and with Lone Star since 2007. |

Robert Guidry
Robert has been in the restaurant supply business for over 30 years and has a broad and extensive range of experience. He worked for Austin Restaurant Supply for 3 years in sales, for Sysco Foods for 3 years as a marketing specialist, and then for PYA Monarch for 3 years as purchaser for smallwares and equipment. He came to Lone Star in 1985 in purchasing and served as general manager from 1988 to 2007. Under his lead Lone Star received numerous awards and accolades from customers.

Dan Ford
Dan is our warehouse manager. He has over 10 years experience as a manger in the fast food industry and has been with Lone Star for 5 years. |

Gerri Ball
Gerri is our accounting manager. She has been in the business for 30 years and has been with Lone Star since 1986. |

Bill Russey
Bill first started in the restaurant equipment industry in 1968 working in the family business at Russey's Commercial Appliance Service. After 16 years he struck out on his own working as the installation manager for a number of companies including his own business. For nearly 10 years Bill was an instructor for the Railroad Commission of Texas teaching installation and repair to the appliance, HVAC and propane industries. He joined the Lone Star team as our Installation Manager in 2007.

Diane Zeidler
Diane works in Accounts Receivables and has been with LoneStar since 2005. In addition to her A/R responsibilities, she assists with basic smallwares sales and service, provides support to Accounts Payable, and on occasion will help with deliveries to customers. Before joining LoneStar, Diane worked as a supervisor with the City of Austin for over 10 years, where her duties included payroll and scheduling, inventory, and classroom maintenance and programs. Diane is also a notary for the State of Texas.

Mark Thompson
Mark is the General Manager of our Dallas operations. He has worked in the restaurant equipment industry for 25 years. He brings extensive experience in new and used equipment, purchasing, smallwares sales, personnel development, and team leadership. Before entering the industry, Mark served as a police officer with the Fort Worth Police Department for 17 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in sociology and psychology from the criminal justice program at Texas Christian University.
