We love the Customer Service at Lone Star.
My husband and I would like to share the great experience we had with Lone Star when we decided to open our restaurant couple of months ago. As new business owners we were looking for quality products and of course good costumer service. We called and visited a lot of restaurant suppliers and customer service was, well, I can say okay.
But when my husband spoke to the sales staff at Lone Star, he was so pleased by their customer service over the phone that we decided to meet with them. Sure enough, the minute we walked in they received us with such a warm welcoming, even though we didn't tell them we knew we were going to do business with them.
We told them what we were looking for and basically we needed everything for our restaurant. They gave us quotes and some advice that we'll always appreciate. And not to mention their delivery guys – they were so professional, respectful, and polite.
